A website inquiry, assessment, or fuel request does not guarantee service acceptance, availability, dispatch, delivery timing, fuel availability, or pricing. Service is confirmed only when Fleet Performance Services expressly accepts the applicable request and communicates the applicable terms.
Preliminary Assessments
Online calculators and preliminary assessments rely on information supplied by the user and stated assumptions. Results are informational and preliminary. Fleet Performance Services does not guarantee any productivity result, savings, return on investment, or reduction in a customer's fuel bill or fuel price. Actual conditions and results vary. A comprehensive Fleet Performance Services assessment is required before assigning customer-specific financial value.
Intellectual Property
The website and its text, design, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to Fleet Performance Services and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website in accordance with these terms.

SMS Messaging Terms
Fleet Performance Services may offer SMS messaging programs. Fleet Performance Services is the sender and brand recognized by recipients; Sent.dm provides messaging infrastructure supporting delivery.
Message types depend on the specific program or use case disclosed at opt-in and may include customer-care communications, service or request updates, delivery-related notifications, account notifications, and separately consented marketing or promotional messages where applicable. Consent applies only to the program or use case presented at opt-in and does not authorize every future Fleet Performance Services messaging use case.
Message frequency depends on the program. Each web opt-in will state the concrete frequency registered for that campaign. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable program or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Marketing or promotional SMS consent is voluntary, must be requested separately from required service agreements, and is not a condition of purchasing Fleet Performance Services services.
