Fleet Performance Services is a disabled veteran-owned small business founded by U.S. Air Force veteran Trevor Jager. We provide dependable commercial fuel management solutions that help small- and medium-sized businesses reduce downtime, simplify operations, and remain focused on the work that drives their success.

Fleet Performance Services was founded on a principle Trevor learned early in his Air Force career: “Without fuel, there is no mission.” Trevor began his career as an Aircraft Structural Maintenance Technician at McConnell Air Force Base, supporting KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft and the people responsible for keeping them mission-ready.

Experience widened. Responsibility grew. Over more than two decades, Trevor progressed from hands-on aircraft maintenance to executive leadership roles overseeing operations, quality, manufacturing, engineering, continuous improvement, and multimillion-dollar aerospace and defense programs. His experience spans hands-on maintenance, quality and discipline, operations leadership, manufacturing and engineering, and executive leadership.

Working at every level of an organization taught Trevor that lasting performance depends on two things: capable people and reliable systems that support them.

The systems exist. They just don't reach every business. Trevor saw how large organizations use technology, disciplined processes, and dedicated operational resources to improve productivity. Small businesses—the backbone of the American economy—often lack access to those same advantages.

Large organizations have systems, technology, dedicated resources, and operational discipline. The small-business reality often includes limited administrative capacity, employees wearing multiple hats, productive time pulled into support activities, and fueling competing with customer work.
